Senior Recruitment Consultant - Remote

Overview

This is a senior, client-facing sales and recruitment role responsible for the full sales lifecycle from discovery through to client sign-up, with support from our recruitment and admin teams for delivery and onboarding.

In Short

• Handle inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects.
• Run discovery calls and consult with clients on their offshore hiring needs.
• Present and close recruitment service proposals.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.
• Provide light-touch account management post-sign-up.
• Help shape our sales processes, collateral, and future hires.
