Senior Recruitment Consultant - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Build and develop your own target market and strategically acquire key clients and projects.
• Enhance the peax service offerings beyond existing solutions.
• Manage existing clients and build customer relationships.
• Ensure premium client proximity, including regular on-site visits.
• Build your candidate network and manage applicants.
• Active sourcing and networking on relevant social networks, including direct approach and headhunting.
• Expand our internal database as an expert network.
• Conduct telephone interviews and personal interviews.
• Advise candidates on resumes, portfolios, and interview skills.
• Perform reference checks for applicants.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Executive Search, Headhunting, Recruitment, Sales, and/or Recruiting.
• Negotiation-level German and English skills.
• Experience with CRM and/or ATS systems, and project management tools like Trello.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and structured working style.
• Dynamic, resilient, and a can-do attitude.
• High energy level and above-average quality standards for own work.
• Strong interest in design and digital topics.
• Willingness to participate in project or event-related business trips domestically and abroad.
