In Short

• Recruit IT trainees and professionals
• Actively search for talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
• Conduct selection interviews and guide candidates through the application process
• Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve the perfect match between candidates and clients
• Organize and participate in events like career fairs and networking drinks
• Contribute innovative ideas to attract and retain talent

Requirements

• At least a completed HBO degree
• 1 to 4 years of work experience
• Affinity with IT and the ability to understand technical profiles
• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Enthusiasm and curiosity to contribute to the success of Working Talent

• A salary between € 2850 and € 3900 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek
