As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential trainees for IT traineeships, enhancing your communication skills while gaining valuable work experience in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of a completed HBO degree.
• 0 to 3 years of work experience.
• Affinity with IT and the ability to understand technical profiles.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Dutch.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity to contribute to the success of Working Talent.
