Accountant (m/f/d) - 30h/Week - Remote

Overview

Our client is a traditional medium-sized family business that has been providing engineering solutions for its nationwide customers for over 75 years. The company is one of the market leaders in its industry and offers excellent quality and high standards across all areas of the company. To further expand this orientation, our client is looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) on a basis of 30 hours/week as soon as possible.

In Short

• Independent execution of financial accounting (excluding payroll accounting) including accounts payable and receivable management.
• Coordination of the preparation of monthly reports and annual financial statements in collaboration with tax consulting.
• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity management.
• Collaboration with auditors.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with additional qualification (e.g. Accountant) or a business degree with a focus on accounting/controlling.
• Several years of professional experience in the accounting of a company or in a tax office.
• Proficient use of accounting software (e.g. DATEV) and Excel.
• Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, and independent working style.
• Sense of responsibility, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality.
