Overview

Our client is a 100% subsidiary of the state of Saxony-Anhalt based in Magdeburg. As a central partner for major projects in the field of public construction, our client takes on the planning, implementation, and operation of new, conversion, and expansion projects (GNUE) of the state in the role of the client. The basis of our work is modern, digital project structures that we continuously develop. Sustainability, energy efficiency, and forward-looking construction play a central role.

In Short

• You will take responsible care of individual construction phases or buildings as part of the major project.
• Compliance with technical and economic objectives.
• In cooperation with external project management, you ensure timely, cost-conscious, and quality-oriented implementation of project goals.
• You conduct regular results and progress controls to ensure target achievement.
• Using the latest digital tools and methods, you coordinate all project participants, promote a solution-oriented way of working, and place particular emphasis on constructive, partnership communication.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or industrial engineering with a focus on construction.
• Digital processes are not new to you: you bring openness and interest in modern working methods such as BIM, LEAN, and the use of a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• You are characterized by a solution-oriented, innovative, and team-oriented way of working and make well-founded decisions based on expertise.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in project management; knowledge of the regulations HOAI and VOB is an advantage.
• Experience in the planning or management of turnkey construction projects perfectly complements your profile.
