In Short

• Commercial project management in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)
• Preparation of measurements, invoices, and additional claims
• Cost control and support of the technical project coordinator
• Placing orders and communicating with clients
• Project controlling and regular documentation of project progress

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., as an industrial clerk, office clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
• Professional experience in the construction industry or project management
• Knowledge of VOB and contract law is desirable
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Very good understanding of commercial processes
