In Short

• You will take overall responsibility for the technical and economic achievement of complex geotechnical projects.
• You will lead and manage a project team of up to 10 employees and actively participate in personnel planning and development.
• You will prepare geotechnical reports and statements, lead meetings, and conduct site visits.
• You will advise on foundation and securing concepts and create special proposals for construction companies.
• You will actively participate in the acquisition and cost estimation of new projects.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on geotechnics, deep foundation engineering, tunneling, or hydraulic engineering.
• You have at least 8 years of professional experience in geotechnics or structural planning.
• You have proven experience in the technical leadership of project teams.
• You possess very good knowledge of relevant regulations, especially Eurocode 7.
• You have solid knowledge in geotechnical calculation programs (e.g., DC, GGU, Plaxis) as well as in MS Office.
• You speak German at least at C1 level.
