Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager is a strategic leader within the Program Management Organization at 3Degrees. You will manage the lifecycle of enterprise-grade initiatives, especially those involving complex integrations with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems and trading platforms, by unblocking teams and accelerating delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with ETRM, CTRM, or trading platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes.
• Expertise with MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
• Proficient in waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Technical skills in systems and software development.
• Understanding of business operations in a global context.
• A degree in computer science or related field.
