Senior Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager oversees the project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of Infusion Care new product development and lifecycle management projects.

In Short

• Manage and deliver high-priority projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Operations.
• Lead project teams with limited supervision.
• Create detailed project plans and establish resource requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and overall progress.
• Ensure compliance with Design Control and Business processes.
• Support the PMO in enhancing project management tools and processes.
• Proactively manage project risks and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• May involve travel up to 25% within the USA and Europe.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Development projects.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and project management software.
• Effective communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, APM) preferred.
• Ability to work cooperatively across teams.
• Proactive in professional development.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to handle complex projects with minimal supervision.
