Senior Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Conduct research to understand user needs, market opportunities, and competition.
• Communicate research findings, design concepts, and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and technical teams to refine designs based on feedback and constraints.
• Drive product rollout, track issues, and assist with time estimation.
• Present and document designs effectively for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Develop training and rollout plans to ensure user adoption and business value.
• Define roadmaps, scope, deliverables, and workstreams.
• Provide project status updates to key stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating across teams and advocating for design decisions.
• Strong project management and implementation abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity with a keen ability to identify core user needs.
• Basic understanding of the financial services industry (preferred).
• Experience with SaaS applications like Coupa, Concur Expense Management, and Apex Vendor Management is a plus.
