Senior Technical Project Manager - Remote

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position is based in Portugal preferably in Lisbon.

In Short

• Coordinates cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to identify / define specifications.
• Uses Confluence and Jira to manage projects.
• Ensures PM reports are accurate and updated timely.
• Provides management visibility into project progress.
• Organises and conducts periodic project reviews with stakeholders.
• Develops project plans and manages deadlines.
• Understands the domain and prioritises follow-ups.
• Identifies areas of improvement in project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Engineering background is a bonus.
• Fluent in English with experience working with Executives.
• Minimum 5+ years engineering project management experience.
• 3+ years Agile project management experience.
• Experience with Agile, 1-week sprints.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with global product teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder support.
• Strong verbal presentation and written skills.
• Self-starter, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups.
