Senior Technical Project Manager - Remote

• Manage large-scale projects with hundreds of engineers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team projects, setting and achieving goals and timelines.
• Facilitate decision-making and changes, both procedural and technical.
• Introduce new processes and ensure they are reproducible.
• Align needs and interests of stakeholders up to C level.
• Strong technical knowledge, including hardware advancements.
• Analytical mindset and skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Linux, SQL, Python or Shell scripting is a bonus.
• Work in a collaborative environment focused on AI and ML.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager/Director.
• Experience managing cross-team projects.
• Ability to reconcile the needs of various teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recent advances in hardware (GPUs, CPUs, Networking, etc.).
