We are seeking a North American Agriculture Supply Chain Commercial Lead to drive strategy and business development across the agricultural sector, specifically focusing on food and beverage, dairy, and related industries.

In Short

  • Co-develop commercial sales strategies for agricultural supply chains.
  • Act as the technical product expert during sales calls.
  • Create account-specific plans for client relationships.
  • Use customer data to guide product strategy.
  • Represent 3Degrees at industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales training materials.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in enterprise-level sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in closing complex deals.
  • Technical literacy in agriculture and carbon markets.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level interactions.
  • Experience in product marketing or sales enablement.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $130,000.00 to $170,000.00.
  • Eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
