Department Head Engineering Construction / Reinforced Concrete (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

Build a new department and shape your own team! In an established construction company with roots in infrastructure construction, you will have plenty of room for your ideas. With your expertise, you will shape the development of the portfolio in the field of engineering and bridge construction.

In Short

• You take on a central role in building and strategically directing a newly established department for reinforced concrete and engineering construction.
• You are responsible for all phases of construction projects, from acquisition and support in calculation to independent organization of construction sites.
• You manage subcontractor services and material and delivery orders.
• You create supplementary offers and take over billing and monthly performance reporting.
• You coordinate confidently with all project participants, such as clients, specialist planners, and authorities.
• You lead the commercial construction site personnel both technically and disciplinarily.

Requirements

• You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in construction or project management.
• You have experience in handling projects in reinforced concrete or engineering construction.
• You work proficiently with iTWO or comparable construction software.
• You master the German language in spoken and written form (at least C1).
• You possess a Class B driver's license.
