Manager - Construction & Engineering - Remote

Overview

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. As a Manager-Construction & Engineering, you will oversee and provide expert consultation in the management of contract resources for construction and digital electronics activities.

In Short

• Supervise and manage teams of technicians.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and engineering projects.
• Conduct in-field safety and quality inspections.
• Oversee the flow and distribution of inventory and supplies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Manage tool budgeting and procure necessary materials.
• Lead occupational staff within the organization.
• Provide feedback, training, and coaching to team members.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, including 24x7 availability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience is a plus.
• Field Worker experience (line, splicing, and/or engineering) is desired.
• Ability to be part of the on-call rotation.
