Project Manager, Fiber Engineering & Construction - Remote

Overview

Brightspeed is looking for a Project Manager, Fiber Engineering and Construction to join our team! This position will be part of the Engineering & Construction Fiber Build team, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects, network design, construction scheduling, and asset management.

In Short

• Develop and monitor engineering and construction build plans.
• Coordinate work schedules for internal workforce and vendors.
• Track milestone activities across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Manage vendor performance to meet project budgets.
• Utilize Cost Per Premise Modeling in project phases.
• Facilitate actionable data analysis with partner groups.
• Provide technical oversight to OSP build and Operations teams.
• Support removal of network build roadblocks.
• Collaborate with leadership to design future state processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Telecommunication experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Project Manager Certification.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA).
• Familiarity with Telcom Network Design systems (IQGeo, GIS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to analyze data for strategic decisions.
