In Short

• Lead complex construction projects in engineering and bridge construction in the NRW region.
• Negotiate with clients and construction partners regarding execution and contract modifications.
• Manage construction supervisors and site teams, including personnel planning.
• Build and maintain sustainable business relationships.
• Monitor and control performance and results of construction sites.

Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in engineering construction as a construction or senior construction manager/project manager.
• Proficiency in VOB and iTWO or comparable software.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level).
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel for projects in NRW.
