In Short

• Lead complex IT projects and programs with budget control.
• Recognize risks early and implement appropriate measures.
• Conduct controlling and reporting through management summaries.
• Organize, moderate, and document projects and workshops independently.
• Manage project portfolio and communicate with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and external service providers.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management of complex IT projects.
• Solid knowledge in project management (PRINCE2 preferred) and Kanban.
• Certification in PRINCE2 and Kanban is a plus.
• Experience with agile IT teams and MS Office tools.
• Strong moderation and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
