Project Manager (d/m/w) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as Project Manager (d/m/w)! Start in the Customer Service Team and take on a crucial role in shaping our Customer Service Journey and optimizing our C2B business area internationally for all our markets in Europe.

In Short

• Design and implement new and existing processes to ensure continuous improvement of our Customer Service Journey.
• Contribute your own ideas for process optimization and solve challenges independently and in direct collaboration with our management team.
• Create business cases and conduct relevant data analysis and research.
• Communicate with stakeholders from various departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, and Business Analytics.
• Ensure our processes are scalable and drive the implementation of new IT features from design to successful rollout.
• Experience in customer service, whether as a team lead, CS agent, or other roles.
• Initial work experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented company, such as a startup or in consulting.
• Excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension.
• Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and SQL; initial knowledge of Tableau is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and business-level English.
• Knowledge of additional AUTO1 languages is a nice-to-have.
