In Short

• Acquire new clients.
• Advise companies on defining their personnel requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies.
• Search and identify candidates for vacant positions.

• Support candidates and clients throughout the entire application process.

Requirements

• Completed studies and (first) experience in personnel search and selection.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical approach to understand company requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Good self-organization, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
