Overview

VOLENTUM is a nationwide personnel consultancy in Germany specializing in the placement of specialists and executives as well as filling C-level positions (managing directors, board members). We exclusively search on behalf of our clients and use modern tools such as aptitude diagnostics, AI, and performance analysis in our 360-degree consulting projects to select the best candidates for the vacancies to be filled.

In Short

• Acquisition of new clients and intensive care of existing clients.
• Consulting companies on defining their personnel requirements and developing suitable recruitment strategies.
• Active search and identification of candidates for vacancies.
• Conducting interviews and selection procedures.
• Supporting candidates and clients throughout the entire application process.

Requirements

• Completed studies and experience in personnel search and selection, e.g., from a consulting agency or an in-house recruiting position.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical approach to understand company requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Good self-organization, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
