Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

This position is initially limited to 2 years. At peax, you have the opportunity to start and/or further develop your career in the field of recruiting. As a communicative and persuasive recruitment consultant, you will be part of our recruiting team and actively support the expansion of peax as a leading provider for the placement of design and digital experts.

In Short

• Work independently on client search assignments with mentor support.
• Manage existing clients and acquire new customers.
• Identify personnel needs proactively through client relationship management.
• Ensure premium client proximity, including regular on-site visits.
• Build your candidate network and manage applicants.
• Conduct active sourcing and networking on relevant social networks.
• Conduct telephone interviews and personal interviews.
• Consult candidates on resumes, portfolios, and interview skills.
• Assist candidates with contract negotiations.
• Participate in industry-relevant networking events.

Requirements

• Ambitious graduates or career changers with a strong willingness to learn.
• Completed commercial degree or similar qualification.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and structured work style.
• Strong interest in design and digital topics.
• Willingness to travel for projects or events domestically and internationally.
