Requirements

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment or B2B environments.
• Commercial training or a completed degree.
• Ability to build sustainable customer relationships and provide valuable advice.
• Proactive and personable with strong communication skills.
• Numerically inclined with structured work habits.
• Fluent in German and English.
