We are growing – and you can shape this growth! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to further develop our digital communication and market presence, as well as implement upcoming measures.

In Short

• Manage all relevant channels to maximize visibility.
• Ensure that our established funnels generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
• Develop and implement our Digital Marketing strategy with the Fractional CMO.
• Coordinate high-quality content for whitepapers, blog articles, and LinkedIn posts.
• Optimize SEO/SEM/SEA measures and create effective landing pages.
• Work closely with the Fractional CMO and management to steer external service providers.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and plan targeted newsletter formats.
• Track marketing KPIs and derive data-driven solutions for performance improvement.
• Choose professional imagery that aligns with our corporate identity.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in B2B with a focus on lead generation.
• A completed education or degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress) and email marketing tools.
• Practical experience with B2B communication on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEA would be a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively.
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on data-driven work.
• Strategic thinking and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
