In Short

• Play all relevant channels to maximize visibility and support sales in marketing our services.
• Coordinate and implement our digital marketing strategy with our Fractional CMO.
• Manage content creation for whitepapers, blog articles, PR articles, and social media posts.
• Steer email marketing campaigns and plan targeted newsletter formats.
• Support in creating targeted SEO/SEM/SEA measures and optimize our websites.
• Work closely with our Fractional CMO and management to ensure measurable success of campaigns.
• Track marketing KPIs and analyze the success of our contributions and campaigns.
• Select professional image materials for our digital marketing formats.
• Bring a hands-on mentality and the right mindset to drive initiatives.
• Communicate effectively in German and English (C1 level).

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Completed training or a degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or similar.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress) and Email Marketing Tools.
• Project coordination skills and structured work style.
• Practical experience with B2B communication on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEA would be a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and implement measures effectively.
