Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Voices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and retention.

In Short

  • Prospecting potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate Statement of Work (SOW) with clients.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements.
  • Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
  • Design product presentations and business cases.
  • Identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build customized proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales position with a proven track record.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Contract negotiation abilities.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
