Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a high-performing development organization working in cross-functional teams to design, build, and evolve modern full-stack systems that power critical workflows for our customers and internal teams.

In Short

• Design, build, and evolve customer-facing and internal applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Lead the design and extension of applications built on modern frameworks.
• Design and maintain internal APIs and third-party integrations.
• Drive the delivery of complex product initiatives.
• Establish high standards for automated testing.
• Contribute to release planning and technical scoping.
• Document architectural decisions and significant implementation details.
• Collaborate across teams to align on technical patterns.
• Participate in code review practices.
• Support and improve development workflows, tooling, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in web development.
• Proficiency with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and modern CSS.
• Experience designing and evolving application architecture.
• Understanding of cloud-based environments and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
