The PSD Specialized Channel Manager will play a key role in developing sales strategies and managing specialized channels in the Industrial Safety division, contributing to the company's growth and meeting sales objectives.

  • Lead specialized channel sales in the South Region (Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina).
  • Build strong business relationships with clients and channels.
  • Manage sales objectives and resources effectively.
  • Identify market/product opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Generate sales opportunities through strong customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with other areas to enhance service levels and productivity.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector required.
  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate English proficiency needed.
  • Experience in team leadership desirable.
  • Master's degree in Business or related fields is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales for the industrial sector.
  • University degree in engineering, business, or administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Willingness to travel within South America.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Experience in supervising and leading sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in coaching and supervisory techniques.
  • Experience in B2B business, particularly in construction, infrastructure, or government markets is valued.
  • Master's degree in Business or related fields is desirable.
