Overview

As an Engineering Manager - DevSecOps at Visiting Media, you will lead the infrastructure, security, and developer tooling function while modernizing our platform and building a talented engineering team.

In Short

• Lead the infrastructure and security functions.
• Own reliability, deployment, and observability across all environments.
• Partner with AI engineering leads for LLM integration and automation workflows.
• Provide leadership for the DevSecOps team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Experience managing AWS infrastructure at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools.
• Familiarity with security tooling and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience supporting a remote engineering organization.
• Experience with AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with AI pipelines.
• Experience with SOC2/GDPR compliance readiness.
