Join VPG as an OEM Sales & Business Development Manager in the Force Sensors division, where you'll contribute to growing business with strategic accounts and developing new opportunities.

In Short

• Identify and engage OEM target accounts aligned with business strategy.
• Develop account plans for strategic growth and maintain key relationships.
• Present tailored solutions to win new business.
• Support and grow existing business within the assigned territory.
• Provide detailed market intelligence on prospective leads.
• Follow up on leads generated from the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams on development projects.
• Negotiate contracts ensuring favorable terms.
• Travel as needed to support sales development.
• Provide timely business reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Solution Sales and Marketing.
• Degree in Technical or Engineering field preferred.
• Experience in Weighing/Force Sensing industries desired.
• Proven sales track record to OEMs and solution providers.
• Fluency in English and one other language (German preferred).
• Ability to manage a fluctuating workload effectively.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Understanding of technical documents and drawings.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe (approx. 25%).
