VPG, a world leader in precision measurement sensing technologies, is seeking a visionary Senior Regional BD & Sales Manager to join our dynamic Semiconductor team. In this strategic role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Semiconductor, Fiber Optics, and Electric Vehicle industries.

In Short

  • Be a strategic architect, developing and executing plans to secure new business opportunities and maximize market potential.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Champion innovation by identifying and onboarding strategic accounts within the BU-OEM and emerging markets.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and advising on new product possibilities.
  • Lead the creation of annual sales budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverage your expertise to manage contract negotiations, secure multi-year deals, and deliver impactful performance reports.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing Sales and Customer Service team members.

Requirements

  • A seasoned sales professional with 10+ years of experience at a senior level, ideally within the technical products arena.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A skilled negotiator with a talent for navigating complex commercial transactions and securing multi-year contracts with global OEMs.
  • An effective communicator with the presence and persuasion to captivate audiences and build lasting relationships.

Benefits

  • Salary range $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus.
  • Preference in Residency in: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Raleigh.
