• Manage product/fitment enquiries and provide accurate delivery estimates (ETAs).
• Review and route orders in HubSpot.
• Send invoices and handle replacement requests.
• Proactively manage weekend order processing.
• Conduct lead generation for fleet and transport sectors via LinkedIn.
• Draft weekly social media posts.
