Overview

This role is responsible for contributing to the overall operational delivery within Commercial operations by conducting comprehensive business and trade information investigations, delivered to the TransUnion customer within the required service level at the required quality standard.

In Short

  • Contribute to operational delivery in Commercial operations.
  • Conduct business and trade information investigations.
  • Ensure service level and quality standards are met.
  • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
  • Provide accurate business reports to customers.
  • Research company details and conduct interviews with clients.
  • Respond to customer emails and exceed expectations.
  • Achieve targets according to KPIs.
  • Maintain positive work relationships with teams and customers.
  • Communicate critical issues to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with business computer applications.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong call handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with business language and financial statements.
  • Must reside in a fibre-ready home in South Africa.
