Overview

This role is responsible for contributing to the overall operational delivery within Commercial operations by conducting comprehensive business and trade information investigations, ensuring service quality and standards for TransUnion customers.

In Short

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations for business information.
  • Provide accurate and in-depth business reports to customers.
  • Manage work allocation to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Respond to customer emails and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain positive work relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Perform timely investigations of commercial data.
  • Ensure quality processes are followed.
  • Communicate critical issues to management promptly.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Afrikaans (speak, read, write).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with business language and financial statements.
  • Proficiency with business computer applications (MS Office, web applications).
  • Effective listening and patience in customer interactions.
  • Clear credit record may be required.
