Overview

The Cyber Claims Adjuster at TransUnion will serve as the primary claims liaison for personal lines claims, managing administrative duties within a Captive Insurance Program, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective claims processing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in property/casualty insurance claims.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant claims designation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to draft detailed Reservation of Rights and Denials.
• Must have at least one insurance adjuster's license.
• Proficient in claims software systems.
• Ability to create and run reports for Captive Insurance Program.
• Knowledge of cyber insurance concepts preferred.
• Must be able to obtain additional adjuster licenses as necessary.
