The Claims Adjuster is responsible for managing and administering cargo claims globally, ensuring efficient and fair claims management while adhering to legal requirements.

• Handle cargo claims as per set guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Preferred qualifications: LLB/LLM or MBA degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, marine surveying, or insurance.
• Experience in core claims handling is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local maritime laws and regulations.
• Excellent team player with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and take ownership of assigned tasks.
