Overview

The After Hours - Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the daily operational flow between the Customer Service Team, Laredo Terminals, and the Operations Team, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to maintain service excellence.

In Short

Monitor and follow up on shipments for assigned customer accounts.
Maintain close communication with customers through effective updates.
Log all shipment issues and updates accurately.
Manage customer communications via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Support the Customer Service Team Leader in departmental processes.
Adapt to special service requests from customers.
Participate in onboarding new accounts.
Encourage teamwork within the Customer Service Team.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
Experience with direct consolidation preferred.
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Keen attention to detail.
Goal-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
