The L3 Support Engineer will provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure for clients, focusing on cloud services and application maintenance.

  • Provide L2 & L3 technical support for IT systems and applications.

  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
  • Work remotely, full-time with flexible hours.
  • Training opportunities available on cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an engineer.
  • Experience with Entra ID, Okta, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Proficient in Python or Java.
  • Experience with observability tools like SumoLogic.
