Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top Business Development and Sales talent to meet the organization's staffing needs and support its growth objectives.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
