• Leverage data to track recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years full cycle in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with ATS software.
• Experience in sourcing techniques for senior level roles.
• Proven negotiation skills.
