Global Quality & Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Global Compliance & Quality Systems leader who knows how manufacturing really works — on the plant floor, in the audit room, and at the executive table.

In Short

• Own and evolve risk-based global compliance program across manufacturing operations.
• Drive regulatory alignment and strengthen Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Support global certifications (CE, ISO) and lead compliance audits.
• Identify gaps and mitigate risks effectively.
• Partner with Operations, Global Quality, and Procurement to ensure compliance.
• Deliver ethics and compliance training to plant managers.
• Manage product recall compliance processes.
• Conduct global compliance audits of manufacturing sites.
• Implement corrective action plans and monitor effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in global compliance within manufacturing.
• Experience working with global facilities.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO:9001 is required.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to make independent decisions without supervisory assistance.
• Able to travel globally as required.
