Overview

The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and governing platform driven programs that include Inspection Programs, Fire Life Safety (FLS) Audits, and Facility Maintenance Optimization, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Implement solutions to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on performance of optimization initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on building operations.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in a related occupation.
  • Willingness to travel – Up to 25%.
  • Proficient in Office, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet programs.
  • Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques and CMMS systems.
  • Strong commitment to quality assurance and customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to define problems and implement solutions effectively.
  • Capable of preparing professional business correspondence.
