Overview

The Associate Property Manager is responsible for maintaining multifamily communities to a market-ready standard while providing excellent service and leading a high-performing team.

• Assist the Regional Property Manager with overall operations.
• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee operations including maintenance, budgeting, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Supervise the on-site team and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain effective staffing through hiring and coaching.
• Manage community budget and finances.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive living environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• General office and bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage a team and improve performance.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between properties as required.
