The Property Manager, Multifamily is responsible for maintaining the community to a market-ready standard, ensuring high-level service and motivating teams to maximize property performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong office, bookkeeping, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Experience with leasing and marketing goals.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job.
