Associate Property Manager, Multifamily (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Associate Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the community to a market-ready standard and ensuring high levels of service while managing a team to maximize property performance.

• Assist the Regional Property Manager with overall operations.
• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Supervise on-site team operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain residents' files according to company standards.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive living environment.
• Manage community budget and finances.
• Work with leasing staff to meet leasing and marketing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General office and bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage a team and improve performance.
• Ability to travel between properties.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job.
