Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high-level of service, at all times.

In Short

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance and budgeting.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing and coaching.
• Manage community budget and finances.
• Work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring policies are followed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Ability to resolve conflicts promptly.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
