Overview

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high-level of service, at all times.

In Short

  • Assist the Property Manager with overall operations of the property.
  • Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
  • Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
  • Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
  • Maintain effective on-site staff through hiring and coaching.
  • Manage overall community budget and finances.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive living environment.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • 3+ years of Property Management experience.
  • 1+ years of Management experience.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
