Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Related experience in maintenance.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II or local city required certificate.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to read manuals and follow instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to handle problems with known variables.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
