Overview

The Manager of Sensory and Quality Compliance will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across all aspects of our product lifecycle.

• Oversee the full management of our recall plan and programs.
• Provide training for cross-functional teams.
• Support the development of department-specific programs.
• Communicate with customers for food safety and quality matters.
• Manage third-party sensory consultants.
• Develop gold-standard quality benchmarks for products.
• Analyze consumer and customer complaints.
• Enhance customer portal functionalities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance management.
• Proven experience in managing recall plans.
• Strong knowledge of USDA FSIS regulations.
• Excellent training and communication skills.
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Self-motivated and autonomous.
• Positive attitude and adaptable to change.
• Experience with sensory evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to various facilities.
